Eight mats, never more.
Every class is capped at eight. The teacher can see your alignment and say your name out loud. That’s the whole difference.
Live, small-group yoga · evenings on Zoom
Small evening classes on Zoom — eight mats, one teacher who knows your name, sixty minutes to put the day down.
No membership. Nothing auto-renews. Cancel a class up to 12 hours before and the credit goes back to you.
Most nights end with a screen. This one ends with a teacher, a small room of eight, and sixty minutes that are actually yours. Sunroom classes are live on Zoom every evening — slow flow, yin, restorative — capped at eight mats so you’re seen and corrected by name, never lost in a grid of two hundred. There’s no studio to get to: the room is wherever you roll out a mat, camera on or off, from the rug at the end of your bed. Your first class is $12, and if it isn’t for you we’ll refund it.

Evening classes seven nights a week — slow flow, yin, restorative — plus a midday window when the evening won’t work.
Every class you book comes back to you as a replay for seven days. And nothing here auto-renews — you buy classes, not a contract.

Valeria is a certified yoga teacher, trained at Lima Yoga — and a doctor, a graduate of Universidad del Pacífico who went on to study nutrition at Cornell University. In class, that background shows up as attention rather than lecture: eight mats, your name, and adjustments offered gently, one body at a time. Off the mat she is a pescetarian and the mother of a daughter.
Good — that’s who the beginner-tagged classes on the calendar are for, and eight mats means the teacher can actually watch you and adjust what you’re doing. You need a mat or a carpet and a wall. No headstands, no chanting, no one looking at you but the teacher.
There isn’t one — every class is live on Zoom. The sunroom is the one you make: a mat by a window, the corner of a bedroom, wherever the light is. The join link arrives in your confirmation email.
Because a video can’t see your shoulder creeping toward your ear. A live class at a set time is a promise you keep to yourself — and there’s a person on the other side who notices if the promise gets kept.
A mat or a carpet, a wall, and some water. Camera on or off — your call.
